Mater Hospital Soft Landings
Countdown to Opening Day continues... staff and stakeholders engage in a training programme to prepare for the new purpose-built campus.

Training in Lean Six Sigma is starting up this month for 5 hospital workstreams. These programs will train groups in analysing processes in each of the areas identified in advance of moving to the new hospital building next year. The overall aim is to maximise the potential of the enhanced environment and purpose-built facilities for patients, staff and visitors alike.
