Andy Brophy has been working in the Lean field for the last 15 years with a diverse range of organisations including manufacturing, government, services, software development, and hospitals and is a regular team contributor to MCO’s service design projects.

A former NHS nurse and CEO of Bolton Hospitals NHS Trust, Lesley Doherty uses her experience of nearly 40 years to inform her lean healthcare consultancy and coaching support. She is a regular collaborator on MCO’s lean healthcare process mapping projects.



Michael Goan Architects

Michael Goan was an MCO team member before setting up Michael Goan Architects in May 2014. He has worked for MCO on projects such as Father Collins Park, and The Mater Contemplation Pod, and continues to work with the MCO team on Mater Campus Hospital Development.



NOEMA

Lia Ghilardi is a creative polymath, a founder and director of Noema, working internationally to deliver place mapping and strategic cultural planning projects. Lia and MCO first collaborated in 2008 on County Sligo and we collaborate to provide creative and integrated solutions to the challenges of place making in contemporary cities.



ArArq

MCO and Abelleyro and Romero Architects formed a partnership ArArq Ireland to design and deliver Fr Collins Park. The partnership was established following an international design competition where MCO was the Irish finalist and our Argentinean partners were the winners of the competition. We collaborate on landscape architectural design and public realm projects.



H2

H2 assists organisations to design and implement innovative curriculum based projects that utilise ICT and digital media effectively. The founders Michael Hallissy and John Hurley were part of the MCO executive team that initiated The Liberties Learning Initiative in The Digital Hub.

Aoife Flynn has worked with MCO on our cultural and creative projects since 2012. She has a deep understanding of creative industries through her work in the creative and cultural sectors, and brings her knowledge of strategic marketing to her work with MCO, specialising in harnessing digital for effective communications.
