Looking back on 2014

As the year comes to an end, we are grateful to the people who have given us the opportunity to work on so many terrific projects this year. We are also grateful to the many stakeholders in the creative, healthcare and sustainable energy environments who engaged with our team on those projects. It has been stimulating to meet people this year who are keen to collaborate in making projects happen.

This year saw the development of Arran Street East, a project creatively driven by members of the M.CO team. It was also a year when M.CO facilitated healthcare projects were recognised at the Irish Healthcare Awards – for the Mater Hospital, named Best Hospital Project, and the Coombe Hospital’s project received a commendation on the night. We were busy working within the creative sectors in Ireland and abroad, with M.CO Director Eve-Anne Cullinan and her team facilitating workshops in Donegal’s Local Enterprise Office to develop a Strategic Action Plan for creative entrepreneurship in Donegal and participating in the European Creative Industries Alliance (ECIA) forum to launch a new policy agenda in Amsterdam last month. Our client Mary McAuliffe showcased the 4CNW project, an initiative designed by us, following on from the Creative Sligo Strategy. The report is available here.

We are looking forward to next year as a Founding Partner of Irish Design 2015 and to working with people across the creative, healthcare and sustainable energy environments to make their projects happen.

From all the M.CO team we wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
